3DCR201 Introduction to Ceramics 3cr

ntro to Clay Studio introduces a variety of concepts and techniques used in contemporary ceramic object making. Projects include ideas and skills used in both sculpture and design used around the world today. This course uses slide lectures and field trips to introduce students to artists, designers and careers in the field of ceramics today. Through assigned projects you will develop ideas and learn new skills building, finishing and firing ceramic objects. This course is open to both students with previous experience and no experience.
