By working through a series of samples, students use both hand tools and machines to explore various techniques for joinery. Demonstrations will include lap joints, mortise & tenons, rabbets, dovetails, and more using both hand tools and machinery. Practice methods used for small-scale production furniture making with a focus on accuracy, repeatability, and craftsmanship.
